PC Management Remotely

PC Management Remotely

Remote administration is not as easy as you may think it is. The duties of a system administrator are wide-ranging. He/she must have adequate technical skills, a strong problem solving capacity, competent knowledge about computer security, and a good grasp of responsibility.

Responsibility in this context is not to be underestimated. As an administrator, one should remember that doing/activating the many options of remote desktop PC software requires discipline. Uncle Ben's words, "With great power comes great responsibility," is the best way to explain proper Remote PC Management.

Since you have the upper hand against your co-employees, it is your responsibility to make non-malicious monitoring activities/actions. Act in proper etiquette; do not, by any chance, disturb the work of a co-employee, unless of course, if he/she is working on something totally non-work related. It is also not proper for you to activate your remote control to peek on personal or even, office related computer conversations (in emails or chats) of other employees.

Remember that your work is to properly monitor the activities of your co-employees for the betterment of your company, not to make up malicious fights or virtual mishaps.
